Kate Canon is a multi-lingual writer, poet, avid reader and reviewer of books. Originally from London now based in Scotland, her tastes in reading comprise literary fiction, historical fiction, fantasy, sci-fi, poetry and classics (both modern and not so modern).

It is the breadth of her cultural touchstones in art, literature, theatre, and film that lends such a unique depth to her reviews. She is firmly of the belief that you are just one book away from discovering your world, your fellows and yourself.

Canon throws the same passion at her reviews as she does her writing where she focuses on themes of the heart, nature, and the human experience. When not ink-stained and drenched in books she can be found wandering the ancient woodlands near her home.
