ABOUT
MoonLit Getaway is a Canadian literary journal without borders. We post artwork, fiction, and poetry on our website every Monday and publish the year’s best each fall in our in-print anthology: Harvest Moon. Our content is meant to enrapture readers with excitement, wonder, and intrigue. We showcase the works of new, emerging, and established creators from around the world and value the breadth of perspective that comes from a diverse group of contributors.
MoonLit Getaway is a registered non-profit, entirely run by volunteers. Our journal is funded by our generous donors, sponsors, and members.

Brandon is a writer and the founder of MoonLit Getaway. He has a Bachelor's in Management and lives in Edmonton.

ALEX E. HARRISON (she/her)
Alex is a Canadian writer and editor. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Communications in Professional Writing.
Art Editor
REEM THE VISUAL ARTIST (she/her)
Reem is a visual artist, educator and small business owner. She has a BA in English Lit and a Diploma in Photography.
Content Editor
JACE DeANGELO (they/them)
Jace is an editor of fiction and poetry. They have a Bachelor’s in Creative Writing and a certificate in Editing and Publishing.
Managing Editor
J.R. Miller (he/him)
J.R. (Jim) Miller is an ex-pat writer living in the UK. He earned his MFA in Creative Writing from the University of South Florida.
Poetry Editor
JACINTA MANNA (she/her)
Jacinta has a BA in English and Psychology. She teaches yoga and studies interior design.
