MICHAEL VADNEY

Michael is a nomad who has lived in much of the United States. He’s been a factory worker, a bartender, a computer repair technician, and even a mechanic’s assistant; now, he’s a software engineer. But in his journey, he has always been fascinated by stories and their craft.

The Author Adjacent podcast was born out of that love. He started the podcast as a journeyman on the path from writer to author, hoping that sharing what he has learned along the way would help others fulfill their own writing dreams.

He is working on his first novel and finds inspiration from stories reinforcing that life is worth living. His favorite authors include James Islington, Mark Lawrence, Brandon Sanderson, and Brent Weeks.
