YASEMIN BOZCALISKAN
BOOK REVIEWER

Yasemin is a Cambridge A-Level student currently based in Türkiye. As a diplomat’s child, she has lived in several countries, including Romania, Kuwait, and Canada. Growing up across different cultures and communities, she developed an early appreciation for stories that explore identity, relationships, and belonging.
A lifelong reader, she is particularly drawn to literary fiction, speculative fiction, contemporary fiction, and poetry. She has been writing short stories since she was ten years old. Alongside reading and writing, she is a musician, who has played the piano for over a decade and sung for nearly five years, and regularly participates in creative and academic competitions.
When she isn’t reading, she can usually be found practicing piano, going on another walk, planning her next project, or convincing herself she isn’t buying another book.
As a reviewer for MoonLit Getaway, she hopes to introduce readers to memorable stories and inspire them to spend a little more time with books.
